White Lye Soap Bar

Description

White Lye is the old-fashioned looking bar — pale, simple, closer to what people mean when they say lye soap.

Still our superfatted recipe. 6.5 oz, Oak Hill. Not the harsh hopper-lye of a century ago.

Each full bar is 6.5 ounces of cold-process soap, made in Oak Hill, West Virginia, and cured 4–6 weeks. Coconut, palm, olive, shea, castor, and cocoa butter — superfatted so the lye is gone when you use it.
